Description

A fusion of European and Asian cuisine bringing you a lighter salad which has been one of our favourites. The natural sweetness provided by the great mix of ingredients is accentuated by the caramelisation obtained through roasting. This is balanced off with the addition of fresh asian herbs and lime juice. Serves 4 (main) to 8 (side) adults. All Christmas orders due by 18th December 2023 at latest.

Ingredients: jap pumpkin, cauliflower, coconut oil, roasted coconut, cashew, coriander, thai basil, mint, brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, chilli.

Just add the rice/pasta and side veg or salad to complete your nutritiously balanced meal for the whole family. You’ll feel so much better than eating those greasy and expensive take aways.

Deliveries

We deliver on Tuesday or Friday. Order by midnight on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday and by midnight on Wednesday for delivery on Friday.

We are closed on weekends and public holidays. If your order falls on a public holiday, your delivery will be moved to the next possible delivery day.

We deliver your meals in brown paper bags to reduce recycling waste. However, if you are not going to be home, please let us know and we’ll deliver your meals in insulated boxes with ice.
