This is another beautiful Gnocchi Dish. We bake the lean bacon pieces, drain the fat away and then slowly cooked the baked bacon in a creamy sauce. The Chef then mixes in the potato gnocchi and adds the shaved Parmesan Cheese prior to serving. Simply delicious.
