We designed our first hand made vegan Ravioli Dish especially for our Vegan friends. To reach the right combination of flavour and texture, we ask our Italian Veg Friends to do a tasting test. It passed with flying colours. They even pre-ordered this dish prior to us putting it in production. The good news is that they have since re-ordered. We serve it with a rich tomato and vegetables sauce with vegetables. Buon Appetito
Ingredients :- Ravioli (Durum Semolina, Dried Potato Flour, Mushrooms (Button, Brown, Flat and Porcini), thyme, basil, parsley), Tomatoes, Garlic, Carrot, Celery, Herbs, Olive Oil, Eggplant, Zucchini, Sweet Potato, Onion, salt, sugar, pepper.
