For a French inspired refined chicken dish ideal for lunch or dinner parties. Select this Chicken Galantine made up of a whole chicken deboned, stuffed with some goodies and slowly roasted. All Christmas orders due by 18th December 2023 at latest.

Ingredients:- Whole chicken (deboned), eggs, tomato, parsley, dried apricots, cranberries, olives, capsicums, pistachios, brandy, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, spices.

Serves 8 to 10 adults.

Deliveries

We deliver on Tuesday or Friday. Order by midnight on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday and by midnight on Wednesday for delivery on Friday.

We are closed on weekends and public holidays. If your order falls on a public holiday, your delivery will be moved to the next possible delivery day.

We deliver your meals in brown paper bags to reduce recycling waste. However, if you are not going to be home, please let us know and we’ll deliver your meals in insulated boxes with ice.
