Chef Cris combines a trio of wild caught scallops, prawns and white flesh fish which he cooks gently in a tomato based sauce enriched with lobster stock. Cris then layers the sauce between fresh lasagne sheets and a béchamel light cheese sauce. The result is a delicate, melt in the mouth Seafood Lasagne. All Christmas orders due by 18th December 2023 at latest.
